• Company acknowledges that no actions by Employee in any or all of his capacities with PLX shall be a violation of the provisions of this Section 7.

• The parties hereto understand and acknowledge that Employee will serve in various capacities (including, without limitation, stockholder, employee, executive officer and director) of PLX.
