Plural and Singular words importing the singular number include the plural and vice versa. “Statutes and Regulations:” references to any statutory provision includes any statutory provision which amends or replaces it, and any subordinate legislation made under it. “Application of Joint Operating Agreement:” In this Deed (including the recitals hereto) unless the context otherwise requires, expressions defined or given a special meaning in the Joint Operating Agreement shall have the same meanings in this Deed.
