PLRA definition

PLRA means the Payday Loan Reform Act [815 ILCS 122]. Banks are expressly exempt from the provisions of the PLRA.
PLRA means the Punjab Land Records Authority;

  • If, after thirty working days, from the commencement of such informal negotiations, the PLRA and the Contractor have been unable to amicably resolve a Contract dispute, either party may, require that the dispute be referred for resolution by arbitration under the Pakistan Arbitration Act, 1940, as amended, by one or more arbitrators selected in accordance with said Law.

  • The Service Provider will be responsible for complete restoration of equipment during fault within agreed time in SLA However; in case of force majeure (when delay is beyond the control of the Service Provider information should be given immediately to Punjab Land Record Authority (PLRA) for verification.

  • Bids shall be in the prescribed format, sealed and accompanied by Bid Security in the form of bank guarantee, CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker’s Cheque from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favor of PLRA.
