Examples of PLR Contracts in a sentence

  • On or prior to ----------------------------------- December 31, 2001, the Borrower shall enter into one or more contracts, agreements or other agreements (collectively, the "PLR Contracts") in connection with the delivery of capacity, energy and ancillary services with respect to the Borrower's PLR obligations (as defined in the PEGCCCA) pursuant to the PEGCCCA.

  • The Borrower shall promptly deliver executed copies of the PLR Contracts to the Administrative Agent, certified by an officer of the Borrower as true, complete and correct.
