Definition of Plexus

  1. Plexus means the Company and any corporation, partnership, division, joint venture, or other organization which, together with the Company, would be treated as a single employer under Section 414(b) or (c) of the Code if a 50 percent ownership level were substituted for an 80 percent ownership level for purposes of applying such section.
  2. Plexus means Plexus Fund II, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership.
