Pledging Stockholder definition
Pledging Stockholder means, as the context requires, (a) with respect to the portion of the Melar Indebtedness relating to the Amended and Restated Secured Promissory Note and Pledge Agreement, dated as of August 18, 2025, made by Maker and Holdings in favor of Melar Acquisition Corp. I, as amended, Holdings, (b) with respect to the Melar Indebtedness (other than as expressly set forth in clause (a) above), Palella and Holdings, and (c) with respect to YA Indebtedness, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Holdings.
