Pledge I means the Pledge of Securities by HRG for the benefit of Royal Gold, which shall secure the obligations of HRG under Guaranty I and Guaranty II and the performance of HRG with respect to the HRG Equity Commitment with a pledge of shares of Intrepid Minerals Corporation and Pelangio Mines Inc., in form and substance as set forth in Exhibit B-1 hereto.
