Pledge Agreement (Hypothecation) definition
Pledge Agreement (Hypothecation) means the Pledge Agreement (Hypothecation) dated as of the date hereof granting Lender a lien on and security interest in the deposit account with lender, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 1.1(S), as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified.
