PLD Companies definition
PLD Companies means PLD Telekom Inc., its direct and indirect Subsidiaries (including, without limitation, PeterStar Company Limited, Baltic Communications Limited, Technocom Limited and CPY Yellow Pages Limited) and ALTEL.
Examples of PLD Companies in a sentence
The Company agrees that (i) from May 18, 1999 through the second anniversary of the Issue Date, the PLD Companies will acquire the Additional PLD Assets, whether or not using Purchase Money Obligations.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 4.9 herein, none of the PLD Companies shall directly or indirectly Incur any additional Indebtedness or any Guarantees of any Indebtedness.
