PLCA definition

PLCA means the Public Limited Companies Act of the Kingdom of Norway dated 13 June 1997, as amended.

  • The Substance Abuse Policy negotiated by the Association (PLCA) and the United Association (UA) will be applicable on all jobs covered by the National Pipe Line Agreement.
