  • Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Section 17.8, amendments or modifications may be made to this Agreement only by setting forth such amendments or modifications in a document approved by the Board of Managers including, where provided, the PLC Manager, and any alleged amendment or modification herein which is not so documented and approved shall not be effective as to any Member.

  • Any matter submitted to a vote of the Members hereunder shall require the approval of the PLC Manager only as specifically provided herein.
