PLBs definition

PLBs means the under mentioned local bodies (PLBs):
PLBs public light bus(es) being minibus(es) licensed to carry a maximum of 19 passengers in Hong Kong that are owned by the Owners and leased, together with their licences, to the Lessee under the New Minibus Leasing Agreement; “Shareholder(s)” the shareholder(s) of the Company;
