Platreef Project definition
Platreef Project means those deposits of PGE-nickel-copper-gold mineralization, in the northern limb of the Bushveld Complex, located on the contiguous Turfspruit, Macalacaskop and Rietfontein properties, approximately 280 km northeast of Johannesburg, South Africa held 90% by Ivanhoe, subject to any interest of Atlatsa, pursuant to the Settlement and New Project Agreement.
