Platinum Support definition

Platinum Support means the Platinum Support level of Maintenance and Support as set out in Section 5.
Platinum Support means Riverbed’s then-current generally available end user Platinum maintenance and support services as described at www.riverbed.com/supportservicedescription.
Platinum Support means the Platinum Support level of Support as set out in Section 4.

Examples of Platinum Support in a sentence

  • ECS Support Services are available in the following service plans: (i) the Silver Support Plan (“Silver Support”), and (ii) the Platinum Support Plan (“Platinum Support”).

  • The Subscription Fee for the Platinum Support Plan must be paid for all Certificates in the Management Services account, or added thereafter during the Subscription Term.

  • If You have subscribed to Management Services, You may elect to upgrade the ECS Support Services to the Platinum Support Plan, subject to Your payment of the applicable Subscription Fee.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Company may not purchase a Platinum Support Services Level for one Licensed Server used for Production Purposes and Gold Support Services Level for any additional Licensed Servers used for Production Purposes.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, for a unique Customized Solution, Company may not (i) purchase a Platinum Support Services Level for one Licensed Server used for Production Purposes and Gold Support Services Level for any additional Licensed Servers used for Production Purposes; or (ii) purchase a Platinum Support Services Level for one Licensed Server used for Production Purposes and a Gold Support Services Level for a Licensed Server used for Non-Production Purposes.

  • Furthermore, Company may not purchase a Platinum Support Services Level for one Licensed Server used for Production Purposes and a Gold Support Services Level for a Licensed Server used for Non-Production Purposes.

  • SAP shall provide Platinum Support (where available) for applicable Cloud Service to OEM as described in the Cloud GTC, provided that OEM purchases Platinum Support for such applicable Cloud Service for each End User.

  • Additionally, every Platinum Support dealership must meet our continual training certifications on an annual basis to ensure you experience a consistent, higher standard with every visit across our network.

  • CSC shall provide technical support for the Software as set forth in Section 4 below via telephone to Your approved requestor(s) during the Support Hours listed below: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. ET during Business Days (Standard Support) OR On call 24 X 7 (Platinum Support) All support will be conducted in English.


More Definitions of Platinum Support

Platinum Support means the support level as set out in Section 4.
Platinum Support means ne Digital’s enhanced level of Support Services. If Customer is entitled to Platinum Support, the Normal Support Hours will be expanded to 24x7 coverage with improved Initial Response Time Goals.
Platinum Support means NetSuite’s highest level of Support Services. In addition to the basic Support Service terms described herein, if Customer is entitled to Platinum Support, Customer will have access to a Platinum team customer support representative who may access the Service through Customer’s account for Support Service resolution issues only. To obtain Platinum Support, Customer must provide prior authorization for such access and shall assign a user login to the designated NetSuite representative for such purposes. Such assigned login will not be counted against Customer’s User subscriptions allowed to access the Service under the Agreement. In addition, Platinum Support expands the Normal Support Hours for all Severity Levels to 24x7 coverage.
Platinum Support means Oracle’s highest level of Support Services. In addition to the basic Support Service terms described herein, if Customer is entitled to Platinum Support, Customer will have access to a Platinum team customer support representative who may access the Service through Customer’s account for Support Service resolution issues only. To obtain Platinum Support, Customer must provide prior authorization for such access and shall assign a user login to the designated Oracle representative for such purposes. Such assigned login will not be counted against Customer’s User subscriptions allowed to access the Service under the Agreement. In addition, Platinum Support expands the Normal Support Hours for all Severity Levels to 24x7 coverage. Platinum Support is not available for Monexa services

Related to Platinum Support

  • SAP Support means SAP's then current support offering made available to Customer, as stated in the Order Form.

  • Customer Support means the services by which 21Vianet may provide assistance to Customer to resolve issues with the Services.
