Platinum Package definition
Platinum Package. ACH Processing Services and Monthly Processing Fees. The ACH Services will include the following base functionalities. Client will pay the following monthly recurring processing fees for such functionalities each month during the term of the ACH Services. The count of ACH items is based solely on production item detail records, which include the detail item records for receipt, origination, and returns for both of these. There are originated live items, originated return items, received live items and received returns. 1 ACH item includes all of its associated addenda records. Statistics are reported on the EFTFEE file, which is an extraction of production cycle close data. • Base “Platinum Package” ACH Processing Services ***** ***** ***** ***** *****
Platinum Package. The designated appliances for the purpose of this agreement shall be All Central Air Conditioner, Heat and/or Heat Pump Units, Water Heater (with replacement coverage, excluding tankless and hybrid water heaters unless such coverage is added), All Refrigerators, Freezers, Range, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal (includes disposal replacement) and Built-In Microwaves (microwave coverage is limited up to $200.00). The member may also choose optional coverage for a Mini-Split Air Conditioning System, Tankless/Hybrid Water Heater and/or the Senior Care Program at additional costs. Members with the Platinum Package will not be charged the $10.00 regular service fee or the $45.00 emergency service fee. Members with the Platinum Package will receive a 20% discount for minor electrical work (without permit) and when available, a 20% discount on available plumbing services provided by the KPW Service Contractor that are not covered under this agreement and one annual A/C Check for free during the months of April through October. (Member must call KPW for electrician’s contact number and to schedule the A/C Check). • Faucets • Exposed water valves, shut off valves, hose bibs and supply lines • Toilets (K.P.W. is not responsible for matching the tile footprint) • Minor stoppage that can be cleared by a hand auger. • Minor repair to all drain and supply piping not in floors, walls or underground.
