Platform Support Service definition
Platform Support Service means the support service to Users provided over the phone or via remote tools
Platform Support Service means a support service which covers critical platform infrastructure connectivity or a Major Incident caused by platform infrastructure only;

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the Managed Services, including Disaster Recovery, will be provided from the UK or any country within the EEA, save for the Standard & Critical Platform Support Service elements which may be provided by a global affiliate of Verisk and Sub Processors to which Client hereby consents in accordance with the Agreement.
Outside of Working Hours the Service will operate a Platform Support Service only which does not investigate functional Application issues or perform service requests.
