PLATFORM SUBSIDIARIES definition
PLATFORM SUBSIDIARIES means the Subsidiaries of Platform, which shall include the Platform Subsidiaries described in Section 4.4 and any corporation or other organization acquired as a Subsidiary of Platform in the future and held as a Subsidiary by Platform at the Effective Time.
