Platform Subscription definition

Platform Subscription means the right to access and use the Platform as described in section 2.1 below.
Platform Subscription means Customer’s right (and the right of its Authorized Users) to access and use the Platform Subscription Services in accordance with the terms set out in this PSA for the duration of the Subscription Period, at the Subscription Plan and in respect of the number of Authorized Users, in each case, as may be specified in an Order.
Platform Subscription means a Force.com OEM Services subscription, or a subscription to other OEM Services designated in the Product Catalog as “fulfilling the 1:1 requirement” or similar designation.

Examples of Platform Subscription in a sentence

  • A Red Hat Enterprise Linux Software Subscription is bundled with the Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform Subscription and the fees are based on the Use Cases described below.

  • Each Red Hat Storage for Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform Subscription includes one Software Subscription to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server and Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform, which are supported solely in connection with the use of Red Hat Gluster Storage.

  • Each Red Hat Storage for Red Hat OpenStack Platform Subscription includes one Software Subscription to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server and Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform, which are supported solely in connection with the use of Red Hat Gluster Storage.

  • The JBoss OpenShift Container Platform Subscription Software included with these Software Subscriptions is supported when deployed on OpenShift Enterprise subject to the same portability rules as set forth in Section 1.5.2 below and if deployed, require active paid Software Subscriptions.

  • Save to the extent expressly stated to expire upon the termination or expiry of Customer’s Platform Subscription, no license granted to Matterport by Customer shall terminate as a result of the termination or expiry of Customer’s Platform Subscription and Matterport shall be entitled to continue to utilize all such licensed rights.

  • We will provide You with the applicable Technical Support Services applicable to your Platform Subscription so long as You are current in payment of the Subscription Fees.

  • The period for which the personal data will be retained, or, if that is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period: The personal data shall be retained for no longer than necessary for the purpose(s) of the Platform Subscription Agreement.

  • The Platform Subscription includes 25 GB of cloud storage per User per calendar month (“Storage Limit”) and 50 GB of data transfer per User per calendar month (“Transfer Limit”).
