Platform Documents definition

Platform Documents means the Common Terms Agreement, the Security Trust and the Intercreditor Deed, the Master Definitions Agreement and the Alternative Plan Super Senior Funding Bond Trust Deed.

Examples of Platform Documents in a sentence

  • Any transfer or assignment by a Party of rights and/or obligations under this Agreement shall take effect only upon a simultaneous transfer of all other rights and/or obligations of such Party under the Platform Documents, unless specifically agreed to the contrary by all Parties hereto.

  • If you violate any provision of these Terms, or the terms of other Platform Documents, we will terminate your access to our Platform, or we will delete or ban you (or any account on the Platform that you have created or control), your participation in any form and any activity on the Platform will be terminated.

  • Wherever permissible, you hereby consent to and BigFundr is permitted to assign or transfer all or any its rights and obligations under the Transaction Documents and Platform Documents.
