Plat Approval definition

Plat Approval means that: (A) the subdivision plat submitted by the Developer for the applicable portion of the Community Redevelopment Area has been finally approved by the County in accordance with the County’s customary plat approval procedures, with all appeal periods having expired or if any appeals have been filed, they have been finally resolved; and (B) such approved subdivision plat has been recorded in the Public Records of the County.

Examples of Plat Approval in a sentence

  • The Developer shall provide a copy of the utility plans approved by Memphis Light Gas & Water to the City Engineer prior to the Final Plat Approval.

  • Following the Plat Approval, Landowner and Coordinator shall reconcile the amount paid by Landowner pursuant to the preceding sentence with the actual Landowner Payment and Landowner shall pay to Coordinator or Coordinator shall pay to Landowner, as the case may be, the amount necessary to reconcile such payment.

  • Buyer shall bear all costs and expenses relating to and arising from the process of obtaining Preliminary Plat Approval.

  • Developer hereby warrants and represents to the City as inducement to the City to enter into this Agreement that, prior to Final Plat Approval in accordance with paragraph 2.4, the Developer will own the fee simple interest in the Property.

  • All of the conditions set forth herein shall be complied with or shall be bonded for completion by the Owner before Final Plat Approval or Occupancy Permits will be granted.

  • Subject to the conditions precedent to Purchaser’s obligation to close as provided in Item 3 hereof, the Closing shall occur after the conclusion of the Due Diligence Period and the satisfaction of the Plat Approval Requirement.

  • Developer shall be responsible for obtaining all approvals from all governmental approving bodies, including but not limited to Plan Commission for Final Plat Approval.
