PLAs definition

PLAs means (i) the programme licence agreement dated 25 April 1997 between UK Progco and UK Channel Management; (ii) the programme licence agreement dated 25 April 1997 between UK Progco, UK Gold Holdings and UK Gold Broadcasting Limited; and (iii) the programme licence agreement dated 15 July 2004 between UK Progco and UKTV New Ventures in each case as amended before the date of this Agreement, and references to “PLA” shall be construed accordingly.
PLAs means the Second Amended and Restated Program License Agreements dated as of December 19, 2001 by and between Televisa and Venevision and the Company, as amended.

  • Fluid means material or substance which flows or moves whether in a semisolid, liquid, sludge, gas, or any other form or state.

  • Cartoon means any drawing or other depiction of an object, person, animal, creature or any similar caricature that satisfies any of the following criteria:

  • Gasohol means a blended fuel composed of gasoline and fuel grade ethanol.

  • Automotive windshield washer fluid means any liquid designed for use in a motor vehicle windshield washer system either as an antifreeze or for the purpose of cleaning, washing, or wetting the windshield. Automotive windshield washer fluid does not include fluids placed by the manufacturer in a new vehicle.

  • Mistletoe Thinning means the removal of designated conifer trees bearing visible mistletoe plants on branches as well as visible plants or infections on the stem.

  • Firefighter means any regular, paid or volunteer, member of a lawfully constituted fire department of a municipal corporation, township, fire district, or village.

Major facility in the case of a bathroom means toilet, or either a bath or shower, and in the case of a kitchen means refrigerator, stove or sink.
