PlanYear definition
PlanYear means a twelve-month period commencing on September 1st and ending on August 31st of the following year. The initial Plan Year shall commence on the Effective Date of this Agreement.
PlanYear means the calendar year. In the year of inception, the Plan Year commences on the Effective Date of this Agreement and ends on December 31st of the same year.
