Plans and Reports definition

Plans and Reports means and refer to all construction plans and specifications, engineering reports, environmental reports, technical reports, drawings, surveys, utility studies, market studies, appraisals, and/or any other reports or data covering or relating the Real Property which are in the possession of Assignor or may be obtained by Assignor, including, without limitation, all work product and file materials of any third party consultants (other than attorneys) who have done work in connection with the Real Property.
Plans and Reports means assessments, designs, drawings, plans, reports, specifications and other related documents as outlined in Section 10.

  • ACOs will submit Quality Improvement Plans and Reports using the QI Goals Submission Templates developed and distributed by EOHHS on or before March 1, 2021.

Plans and Reports means and refer to all construction plans and specifications, engineering reports, environmental reports, technical reports, drawings, surveys, utility studies, market studies, appraisals, and/or any other reports or data covering or relating the Real Property which are in the possession of Assignor.
Plans and Reports means and refer to all of Seller’s right, title and interest in and to all construction plans and specifications, engineering reports, environmental reports, technical reports, drawings, surveys, utility studies, and/or any other reports or data covering or relating the Real Property which are in the possession of Seller to the extent, and only to the extent, they relate to the Real Property.
Plans and Reports means and refer to all land plans, construction plans and specifications, engineering reports, environmental reports, technical reports, drawings, surveys, utility studies, market studies, marketing reports, appraisals, cost estimates and/or any other reports or data of any kind or nature covering or relating the Real Property which are in the possession of Seller or may be obtained by Seller, including, without limitation, all work product and file materials (including CAD file and other electronic files) of any third party consultants (other than attorneys) who have done work in connection with the Real Property, and including any and all rights to fully utilize and modify same.
