Plans and Permits definition

Plans and Permits means, with respect to any Lease Premises or Owned Real Property, all related reports (including engineering and environmental), surveys (boundary and topographical), plans, blueprints and other schematics, franchises, grants, authorizations, licenses, permits, easements, variances, exceptions, consents, certificates (including all certificates of occupancy), building permits, fire, health and safety permits, site plan approvals and all other planning approvals, zoning variances, conditional or special use permits (including for firearms or other special occupancies or uses), general assembly or general use permits or other similar documentation, and all Environmental Permits, approvals, clearances and Orders of a Governmental Authority, together with all architect, engineer, contractor, vendor and supplier warranties and guarantees with respect to any of the foregoing and/or the related Improvements.
Plans and Permits means the aggregate of the following, in each case as they relate to the Office Condominium (and not the Hotel Condominium), are divisible, and are assignable without payment of a fee: (i) all site plans, architectural renderings, blueprints, maps, drawings, plans and specifications, engineering plans, as-built drawings, floor plans and other similar plans or diagrams, if any, pertaining to the Office Condominium; and (ii) Assignor's interest, if any, in all licenses, permits, development rights, entitlements, approvals and all guaranties and warranties, guaranties, indemnities, and bonds regarding their performance or the quality of materials supplied in connection with the construction of or operation of all or any of the Office Condominium or otherwise pertaining to the Office Condominium.
Plans and Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(b) of this Agreement.

Examples of Plans and Permits in a sentence

  • The Service will contact Participants to this Agreement, as needed, and undertake coordination activities and compliance monitoring regarding their respective Site Plans and Permits.

  • An assignment of the assignable Contracts, Records and Plans and Permits and Approvals in a form reasonably acceptable to Purchaser and Seller.

  • The Plans and Permits delivered to Buyer by Seller pursuant to this Agreement are all such Permits and Plans which are in the possession of or reasonably available to Seller.
