Annual Work Plans and Budgets may be revised as needed during Project implementation subject to the Association’s prior approval.

Contractor, through the Operator, shall carry out the work inherent in Petroleum Operations in an efficient, diligent and conscientious manner and shall execute the Work Plans and Budgets under the best economic and technical conditions and in accordance with the Law and the professional rules and standards which are generally accepted in the international petroleum industry.
The Operating Committee shall coordinate, supervise and control the execution of the Approved Exploration Work Plans and Budgets, as well as verify if the same is carried out within budget expenditure limits, or any revisions which have been made thereto.
