Planning Supervisor definition

Planning Supervisor means the person appointed by the Client (or others) to act as Planning Supervisor in accordance with the Construction, Design & Management Regulations 1994 and any subsequent amendments to same.
Planning Supervisor means the Authority's Contract Manager, or such other person as may be appointed in that capacity for the time being by the Authority pursuant to Regulation 6(5) of the CDM Regulations;
