Planning Parameters definition

Planning Parameters means the guidelines to be complied with by the Lessee in all material respects on the planning, design, infrastructural and technical requirements applicable in relation to the construction and development of the IR2 at the Land and attached as Annexure “E” hereto or as may at any time after the Effective Date be amended, varied or changed by agreement between the Lessee and the Competent Authorities and, if required, approved by the Lessor;
Planning Parameters means the comprehensive guidelines on the planning, design, infrastructural and technical requirements applicable to the Land in relation to the construction and development of the IR as set out in the following Annexes of the RFP and as amended, varied and clarified by any corrigendum, addendum and clarifications issued by the Lessor STB Sands during the period from the 15th day of November 2005 to the 29th day of March 2006 (both dates inclusive), which are to be complied with by the Lessee in all material respects:

Examples of Planning Parameters in a sentence

  • The Construction Planning Parameters approved by the JPBC shall guide the Parties in performing the Pre-Build Activities and making decisions, through the JPBC, in establishing the Preliminary Construction Plans.

Related to Planning Parameters

  • Program Parameter means, in respect of a program, the provincial standards (such as operational, financial or service standards and policies, operating manuals and program eligibility), directives, guidelines and expectations and requirements for that program;

  • Planning and service area or “PSA” means a geographic area of the state that is designated by the commission for purposes of planning, development, delivery and overall administration of services under a multiyear area plan. “PSA” may be interpreted as either singular or plural dependent on context. “Provider” means any person, company, firm, association or other legal entity that provides services

  • municipal spatial development framework means a municipal spatial development framework adopted by the Municipality in terms of Chapter 5 of the Municipal Systems Act;

  • Training Plan means the plan that outlines what training and assessment will be conducted off-the-job and what will be conducted on-the-job and how the Registered Training Organisation will assist in ensuring the integrity of both aspects of the training and assessment process.

  • Training Package means a set of qualifications and units of competency developed to meet the training needs of an industry, or a group of industries, and endorsed at the national level. Training Plan means the plan for the training and assessment to be delivered to an individual created by the Training Provider pursuant to Clause 7 of Schedule 1. Training Provider Group means the Training Provider and any other registered training organisation that is a Related Training Provider, other than by reason of paragraph (b) of that term.
