Planning Parameters definition

Planning Parameters means the guidelines to be complied with by the Lessee in all material respects on the planning, design, infrastructural and technical requirements applicable in relation to the construction and development of the IR2 at the Land and attached as Annexure “E” hereto or as may at any time after the Effective Date be amended, varied or changed by agreement between the Lessee and the Competent Authorities and, if required, approved by the Lessor;
Planning Parameters means the comprehensive guidelines on the planning, design, infrastructural and technical requirements applicable to the Land in relation to the construction and development of the IR as set out in the following Annexes of the RFP and as amended, varied and clarified by any corrigendum, addendum and clarifications issued by the Lessor STB Sands during the period from the 15th day of November 2005 to the 29th day of March 2006 (both dates inclusive), which are to be complied with by the Lessee in all material respects:

Examples of Planning Parameters in a sentence

  • The Construction Planning Parameters approved by the JPBC shall guide the Parties in performing the Pre-Build Activities and making decisions, through the JPBC, in establishing the Preliminary Construction Plans.

  • The Purpose-Built Facility shall be constructed on the Final Site and in accordance with the Construction Planning Parameters and Design Development Documents approved by the JPBC in the conduct of the Pre-Build Activities under the terms of Exhibit 9.4.1, except to the extent otherwise approved by CLIENT in advance, in writing.

  • MSLETB will continue to undertake regular stakeholder consultation and develop its delivery of flexible FET courses with reference to the National SOLAS FET Strategy 2014-2019, SOLAS FET Planning Parameters 2018-2020 and the SOLAS Corporate Plan 2017- 2019.

  • The provisions of the Planning Parameters shall be incorporated herein and shall form an integral part of this Agreement save that if there is any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the Planning Parameters in relation to the planning, design, infrastructure and technical requirements of the construction and development of the IR2, the provisions of the Planning Parameters shall prevail.
