Planning Chart definition

Planning Chart means the multi-year chart attached as Schedule “E” Appendix “1” submitted by Practice Groups as part of their Annual Budget Request which is designed to assist Practice Groups, TPAs and the Ministry to plan for midwifery care and projected utilization for the ensuing 3 year period.

  • The Project Planning Chart shall be delivered at Basic ATP + 15 days.

  • An updated Project Planning Chart shall be delivered at major reviews.

Related to Planning Chart

  • Planning Agreement means an agreement, undertaking or obligation pursuant to the provisions of section 106 Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or section 111 of the Local Government Act 1972, section 33 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 or an infrastructure agreement pursuant to section 38 or section 278 of the Highways Act 1980 or the section 104 of the Water Industry Act 1991;

  • Missing child means any child less than eighteen years of age in licensed care or under the care, custody, and authority of CA and the child's whereabouts are unknown and/or the child has left care without the permission of the child's caregiver or CA. This does not include children in dependency guardianship.

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Annexure F means, if applicable to the Product or the subject matter of this Agreement and read conjunctively with the Contractor’s obligations in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, the express warranties provided by the Contractor in relation to the Product.

  • Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act means the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013);
