Planned Lateral definition

Planned Lateral has the meaning assigned to such term in the Gas Gathering Agreement.
Planned Lateral means the Gas pipeline and appurtenant facilities to be constructed, installed and owned by Gatherer for the expansion or modification of the Gathering System, as such Gas pipeline and appurtenant facilities are depicted on Xxxxxxxx X-0, X-0, X-0, and D-4.
Planned Lateral means the approximately twenty six (26) miles of Gas pipeline and appurtenant facilities to be constructed, installed and owned by Gatherer for the expansion or modification of the Gathering System, as such Gas pipeline and appurtenant facilities are depicted on Exhibit D. “[***]” means [***].

Conga will endeavor to give at least 24 hours’ notice before Planned Downtime except for urgent circumstances (e.g., a system failure or security threat). Planned Downtime occurs from 10:00 p.m. Friday through 1:00 p.m. Sunday, Mountain Time.

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Infrastructure facility means a building; structure; or networks of buildings, structures, pipes, controls, and equipment, or portion thereof, that provide transportation, utilities, public education, or public safety services. Included are government office buildings; public schools; courthouses; jails; prisons; water treatment plants, distribution systems, and pumping stations; wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and pumping stations; solid waste disposal plants, incinerators, landfills, and related facilities; public roads and streets; highways; public parking facilities; public transportation systems, terminals, and rolling stock; rail, air, and water port structures, terminals, and equipment.

  • Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO’s Tariff or any Transmission/Distribution Owner’s tariff that reflect methodology and costs to interconnect the Facility to the Transmission/Distribution Owner’s electric grid.

  • Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.

  • Interconnection Studies means the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the System Impact Study, and the Facilities Study described in Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. Interface Pricing Point:

  • Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations, and this article and its attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design, and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.
