Planned Condominiums definition
Planned Condominiums means the condominium units, parking structure, estates above surface and other facilities and improvements that Seller (and/or one of more of its affiliates) intends to develop, construct and sell to the public on certain real property located adjacent to the Hotel and legally described as Lot 2, West Day Subdivision, according to the plat recorded March 10, 2005 at Reception N▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
