Plan Work definition

Plan Work means the work required to implement any Risk Assessment Plan, Corrective Action Plan, or Interim Measures Plan pursuant to Paragraphs 17 through 19 of Attachment A of Appendix 1 or pursuant to an agreement entered into, or permit or Order issued, by FDEP, or any corrective action assessment for the Zone of Discharge, pursuant to Section D of Attachment B of Appendix 1. Plan Work is part of the Work required under the Consent Decree.
Plan Work means, as applicable in the context of this Appendix, the work required to implement any Risk Assessment Plan, Corrective Action Plan, or Interim Measures Plan pursuant to Paragraphs 17 through 19 of Attachment A of Appendix 1, or any corrective action assessment for the Zone of Discharge, pursuant to Section D of Attachment B of Appendix 1.

Related to Plan Work

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Tenant Improvement Allowance in the maximum amount of $200.00 per rentable square foot in the Premises, which is included in the Base Rent set forth in the Lease; and

  • DAY WORK means on item of work requiring the employment of labour with or without materials as the case may be, which, in the opinion of the Senior Engineer /Civil-in-charge, is not capable of being evaluated by the accepted methods of measurement or assessment and is paid for on the basis of the actual labour and materials utilised on the particular item of work referred to.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Excavation work means the making of any man-made cavity, trench, pit or depression formed by cutting, digging or scooping;

  • piece-work means any work the pay for which is estimated by the amount of work performed irrespective of the time occupied in its performance;

  • Plan Area means the geographic area analyzed in the HCP/NCCP, located in the eastern portion of Contra Costa County, as depicted in Figure 1-1 of the HCP/NCCP. The Plan Area is further described in detail in Chapter 1.2.1 of the HCP/NCCP. The Plan Area is also referred to as the “Inventory Area” in the HCP/NCCP.

  • Building Plans mean the general building plans and specifications in respect of the Development or in respect of any part or parts of the Development prepared by the Authorized Person and approved by the Building Authority and includes any approved amendments thereto;

  • Landlord’s Work means the work of constructing the Tenant Improvements.
