Plan Units definition

Plan Units means each of the Initial Plan Units, Secondary Plan Units, Final Plan Units and/or Independent Production Goal Plan Units.

Examples of Plan Units in a sentence

  • The amount withdrawn (subject to deduction of tax at source, if any) under SWAP by Redemption shall be converted into the specific Scheme / Plan Units at the NAV based prices as on the SWAP withdrawal date of month/quarter/ half-year/year, as applicable, and such Units will be subtracted from the Unit Balance of the Unit holders.

  • The Responsible Entity will establish and maintain a Plan Account for each Holding in respect of which there are Plan Units.

  • From the Suspension Date until the suspension ceases to have effect under Rule 10.5(a), all Plan Units will automatically cease to be Plan Units.

  • If the Directors resolve to recommence the operation of the Plan, they may direct that Units which were recorded as Plan Units immediately prior to the Suspension Date be reinstated as Plan Units with effect from the date of the recommencement of the Plan.

  • Any further Units acquired by whatever means by a Full Participant automatically become Plan Units on being registered in the Participant's name.
