Plan Taker definition

Plan Taker means a Bidder who has registered in the Bidding System to participate in the Bid Call Process;
Plan Taker means a Bidder that has registered on the Bidding System and has registered as a Plan Taker for a Bid Request.
Plan Taker means one who downloads documents associated with the bid opportunity via the Bidding System;

Examples of Plan Taker in a sentence

  • Registering as a Plan Taker will enable the Bidder to download the Bid Documents, receive Addenda email notifications, download all documents and submit the Bid electronically online.

  • It is understood and agreed that you may be required to pay a fee to (i) register as a Plan Taker for a Bid, (ii) to obtain the Bid document, and/or (iii) to be able to submit bids electronically through the Bidding System.

  • Should the Region receive a Bid that is subsequently found to be from a Bidder that is not a registered Plan Taker with Bids and Tenders, and the Bidder did not obtain their bid document from Bids and Tenders or the Region, the Region reserves the right to remove the bid from further consideration during the review process.
