  • All rights of each Plan Support Party under the applicable Plan Support Agreement are fully reserved if any such holding, alteration, or interpretation means that the Plan is no longer an “Acceptable Plan” for purposes of the applicable Plan Support Agreement.

  • Each Plan Support Party agrees not to create any subsidiary, affiliate or other vehicle or device for the purpose of acquiring claims of the Company without first causing such subsidiary, affiliate, vehicle or device to be bound by and subject to this Agreement.

  • The acceptance of the Plan by each of the Plan Support Parties will not be solicited until such Plan Support Party has received the Disclosure Statement and Solicitation Materials in accordance with applicable law, and will be subject to sections 1125, 1126, and 1127 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Plan Support Agreement means that certain Plan Support Agreement, dated as of August 9, 2015 (as amended on September 11, 2015, October 27, 2015, and November 12, 2015, and as may be amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance therewith), by and among the Debtors, the Original Plan Sponsors, the TCEH Supporting First Lien Creditors, the TCEH First Lien Agent, the TCEH Supporting Second Lien Creditors, the TCEH Committee, and certain other Entities, including all exhibits and schedules attached thereto.

  • Behavior Support Plan means the individualized proactive support strategies used to support positive behavior.

  • Pharmacy support person means a person, other than a licensed pharmacist, a registered pharmacist-intern, or a registered pharmacy technician, who may perform nontechnical duties assigned by a supervising pharmacist under the pharmacist’s responsibility and supervision.
