Plan Resolution definition

Plan Resolution means, Resolution No. of the City, together with any other resolution providing for an amendment to the Redevelopment Plan.
Plan Resolution means the resolution of the Affected Unsecured Creditors relating to this Plan considered at the Meeting;

  • unanimous resolution means, subject to subsection (3) -

Any Multiple Series Single Limb Written Resolution may be contained in one document or several documents in substantially the same form, each signed or confirmed in writing by or on behalf of one or more Noteholders or one or more holders of each affected series of debt securities.

  • Guarantor’s Board Resolution means a copy of one or more resolutions, certified by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of the Guarantor to have been duly adopted by the Guarantor's Board of Directors and to be in full force and effect on the date of such certification, delivered to the Trustee.
