Plan Notice means a written notice from the Distribution Agent to Preliminary Claimants informing them of the Fair Fund; the Plan and its eligibility requirements; explaining how to submit a Claim Form, including instructions for any online claims process; and how to obtain a copy of the approved Plan and Claim Form by request or from the Fair Fund’s website. The Plan Notice will also be available on the Fair Fund’s website maintained by the Distribution Agent.
