Plan Information and Execution Sections definition

Plan Information and Execution Sections means the sections of this Agreement in which certain information about the Plan is entered and the parties manifest their intent to be bound by this Agreement.
Plan Information and Execution Sections means the sections of this Agreement on which certain information about the Plan is entered, as modified by notices provided to Goldstar pursuant to Section 9 below, and the parties manifest their intent to be bound by this Agreement.

Related to Plan Information and Execution Sections

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • Internal confidentiality agreement or statement means a confidentiality agreement or any other written statement that the contractor requires any of its employees or subcontractors to sign regarding nondisclosure of contractor information, except that it does not include confidentiality agreements arising out of civil litigation or confidentiality agreements that contractor employees or subcontractors sign at the behest of a Federal agency.

  • Information Disclosure Requirements means the requirements to disclose information under:

  • Agent’s Information means, solely, the following information in the Prospectus: the third sentence of the eighth paragraph and the tenth paragraph under the caption “Plan of Distribution” in the Prospectus. This indemnity agreement will be in addition to any liability that the Company might otherwise have.

  • Confidentiality Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 6.7.
