Plan Documentation definition

Plan Documentation means the Plan of Liquidation and all documentation related thereto or referenced therein, including without limitation any amendments, modifications or supplements to any of the foregoing, including any subsequent plans of liquidation, any motions related thereto and the Confirmation Order.
Plan Documentation means the Plan of Reorganization and all documentation filed or delivered in connection therewith and including without limitation any amendments and any supplements thereto, any subsequent plans of reorganization, [the Plan Documents (as defined in the Plan or Reorganization)], and the Confirmation Order.
Plan Documentation has the meaning provided in Section 4.01.

Examples of Plan Documentation in a sentence

  • Uptime reserves the right to routinely update, amend, or change this Agreement, Service Agreements, and Client’s Plan Documentation.

  • Customers who have purchased a Platinum Service Plan may be entitled to receive certain additional benefits relating to the specific type of Covered Offering that they have purchased, as set out in the Platinum Service Plan Documentation.

More Definitions of Plan Documentation

Plan Documentation means the Plan of Reorganization and all documentation, including without limitation, any amendments, any subsequent plans of compromise or arrangement, the Sanction Order, the Recognition Order and other documents or agreements relating to the Recapitalization Transaction (as defined in the Plan of Reorganization).
Plan Documentation means the documents required for the Restructuring Plan, comprising the Explanatory Statement, the Restructuring Plan Documents and the notices convening the Plan Meetings.

Related to Plan Documentation

  • Plan Documents means the reports, proposals, preliminary plans, survey and basis of design data, general and detail construction plans, profiles, specifications and all other information pertaining to equipment.

  • Participant Documentation means the agreements (together with any applicable schedules, exhibits or appendices thereto required by BSEF) in form and substance acceptable to BSEF, that are required to be executed and delivered to BSEF before a Person may access the SEF operated by BSEF as a Participant. Participant Documentation shall not include DMA Customer Documentation.

  • Limited Documentation Program The guidelines under which the Seller generally originates Mortgage Loans principally on the basis of the Loan-to-Value Ratio of the related Mortgage Loan and the creditworthiness of the Mortgagor.

  • Plan Document means the retirement income fund agreement or declaration of trust that governs the RRIF;

  • Related Documentation means, with respect to Software, all materials, documentation (including control documentation utilized in connection with an audit), specifications, technical manuals, user manuals, flow diagrams, file descriptions and other written information that describes the function and use of such Software, but excluding source code.
