Plan Creditors definition
Plan Creditors means the Class A Creditors, the Class B Creditors, the Liquidity Facility Lenders, the Interest Rate and Index Hedging Providers, the Currency Hedging Providers and the Subordinated Creditor.
Plan Creditors means all creditors with all unsecured and non-preferred claims against the Issuer that are subject to and bound by the Plan as of the Plan Effective Date pursuant to Article 273 of the Dutch Bankruptcy Code including without limitation all Bondholders on the Plan Effective Date.
Plan Creditors means creditors of the Issuer and Atento Mexico whose claims against the Obligors are (or will be) subject to the Restructuring.
