Plan Creditor Letter definition
Plan Creditor Letter means the plan creditor letter to be delivered to the Information Agent substantially in the form as set out in Part 1 of Appendix 3 (Plan Creditor Letter) of the Explanatory Statement with such minor or technical amendments as the Court may approve.
Plan Creditor Letter means a plan creditor letter which will be appended to the Explanatory Statement.
