Plan Bonus definition

Plan Bonus means the entitlement of a Participant to a bonus payment under the Plan, expressed as a percentage of a Participant’s base salary or a fixed dollar amount, at specified levels (threshold, target and maximum levels as determined by the Board) payable for the applicable Performance Cycle.

Examples of Plan Bonus in a sentence

  • County employee couples are not eligible to participate in the Health Plan Bonus Waiver Program.

  • If an employee who is enrolled in the Health Plan Bonus Waiver Program retires during the plan year, the retiree is not eligible to enroll in retiree medical coverage upon retirement until the next open enrollment period after retirement, typically in September.

  • Executive's Bonus Compensation (which term as used herein includes both the Plan Bonus and the Business Segment Bonus, if any) shall be paid in accordance with ss.5 of the Bonus Plan.

  • Employee will be eligible for inclusion for the Plan Bonus if and when it is instituted by the Company, but only on the same basis as other executives may participate and as approved by the compensation committee of the Board of Directors, or such equivalent Board body.


More Definitions of Plan Bonus
