Plan Beneficiary definition

Plan Beneficiary means a person designated by a current or former Plan Participant, by a QDRO or by the terms of the Plan, to become entitled to receive a pension benefit from the Plan.

More Definitions of Plan Beneficiary

Plan Beneficiary means the individual named by the Subscriber as a beneficiary of the Plan in the Application or under section 5 of this Agreement.
