Examples of PLAL in a sentence

• Nothing contained herein shall oblige RL to accept any proposal for insurance received by or on behalf of PLAL before the Effective Date but not accepted by PLAL by then.

• In that connection, PLAL shall give all such assistance as RL may reasonably require in conducting all such litigation or other proceedings.

• Subject thereto, PLAL shall take such steps as RL shall require in order to pursue the rights it may have against any such third party (including under any applicable contract of insurance).

• All references in a Transferred Policy to the group of companies of which PLAL is or has been a member shall, where the context requires, be read and construed with effect from the Effective Date as references to the RL Group.

• On and from the Closure Date, any charges made under this paragraph 15.3(B) shall not be made to the asset shares of any Policies formerly allocated to the PLAL With-Profits Sub-fund and shall be borne solely by the estate of the RL Main Fund.

• Until such Subsequent Transfer Date, the relevant proceedings shall be continued by or against PLAL in accordance with the instructions of RL.
