plaint definition
plaint means the submission of a claim to a Court, whether made to an Administrative Court of First Instance or to the Supreme Administrative Court, or made at the time of the filing of the case by a plaint or a request or subsequently by a supplementary or amended plaint or by a counterclaim or by way of voluntary or compulsory interpleading or by way of application for a new trial;
plaint means the initial pleading in a civil suit which states the basis for the Court’s jurisdiction, the basis for the plaintiff’s claim, and demand for relief;
