Placement Location definition

Placement Location means the location at which the Booked Content is to be placed, as set out on the Agreed Application Form; and
Placement Location means [insert location of Placement].
Placement Location means any third party location where Borrower places a Vantera machine with such third party for use in the ordinary course of such third party’s business in an arms-length transaction and on fair and reasonable terms, which placement is consistent with Borrower’s practices for placement of Ventera machines as of the Effective Date.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, Ener1 shall deliver the Units in containers and packaging that guarantee their preservation while in transit to the applicable Placement Location (as defined in Exhibit 1A).

  • The following contract is agreed between on behalf of -henceforth referred to as Placement Location- and born in address -henceforth referred to as Placement Student- with regard to the completion of an Industrial Placement.

  • The Placement Location is obliged to issue an ordinary reference.

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in the event that a breach of Purchaser’s representations or warranties, or its failure to perform any of its covenants or obligations is caused solely by ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s failure to provide a Placement Location (as defined in Section 9 of this Amendment) for any of the Equipment, such breach or failure to perform by Purchaser shall not constitute an Event of Default.
