Placement Letter definition

Placement Letter means the Placement Agent Agreement, dated March 27, 1997 by and among the Company, the Issuer and the Bank, as Placement Agent for the Bonds.
Placement Letter means the Placement Agent Agreement, dated March 19, 1999 by and among the Company, the Issuer and First Union Capital Markets Corp., Charlotte, North Carolina, as Placement Agent for the Bonds.
Placement Letter means that certain letter to the Noteholders by the Company dated as of 28 March 2007 in connection with the offering of the Convertible Notes.

  • If any provision of the agreement constituted by this Placement Letter is invalid and not enforceable in accordance with its terms, all other provisions which are self sustaining and capable of separate enforcement without regard to the invalid provision, shall be and continue to be valid and forceful in accordance with their terms.

  • Once the client has secured a job, the CRP will submit a Placement Letter form with appropriate verification as described in Attachment D – Billing for Services.

  • Where the University and the Host Organisation agree that a stipend or scholarship is payable with respect to a Placement, the parties agree that: 1 ‘Letter Agreement´ means this Vocational Placement Letter Agreement and any schedules and annexures.

  • The Reorganization and the Bridge Financing shall close simultaneously through the delivery of all closing documents required under this Reorganization Agreement and under the Placement Agreement contemplated by the Placement Letter of Intent.

Related to Placement Letter

  • Placement Agreement means the Placement Agreement relating to the offering and sale of Capital Securities in the form of Exhibit C.
