PJM Dispute Resolution Procedures definition

PJM Dispute Resolution Procedures means the procedures for the resolution of disputes set forth in Schedule 5 of this Agreement.

  • To the extent any dispute arises between any Member and the LLC arising from, or in any way connected with, the performance of the LLC under this Agreement, the Member and the LLC shall follow the PJM Dispute Resolution Procedures.

  • To the extent deemed appropriate by the Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee, the procedures adopted by the Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee shall be based on the American Arbitration Association Rules, to the extent such Rules are not inconsistent with any rule, standard or procedure adopted by the Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee, or with any provision of these PJM Dispute Resolution Procedures.

  • The applicant has paid all applicable fees and reimbursed the Office of the Interconnection for all unusual or extraordinary costs of processing and evaluating its application to become a Market Buyer, and has agreed in its application to subject any disputes arising from its application to the PJM Dispute Resolution Procedures.

  • Any arbitral decision issued pursuant to these PJM Dispute Resolution Procedures that affects matters subject to the jurisdiction of FERC under Section 205 of the Federal Power Act shall be filed with FERC.

  • Agreement Disputes shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

  • Procedure means one or more surgical procedures or medical therapy performed in a Center of Excellence.

  • Procedures Manual means the standards and procedures manual described in Section 11.3.

  • Claims Procedure Order means the Order under the CCAA establishing a claims procedure in respect of the Applicant, as same may be further amended, restated or varied from time to time.
