PIRP definition

PIRP has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
PIRP means the CAISO’s intermittent resource program initially established pursuant to Amendment No. 42 of the CAISO Tariff in Docket No. ER02-922-000 or any successor program that SCE determines accomplishes a similar purpose.
PIRP has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff or a successor CAISO program for intermittent resources.

Examples of PIRP in a sentence

  • Seller shall be responsible for all CAISO forecasting fees and related charges associated with the Project becoming a Participating Intermittent Resource and participating in PIRP.

  • In the event of an apparent contradiction between this Power Purchase Agreement and any such other agreement in respect of transmission, distribution, metering, scheduling or interconnection services, the ISO Tariff or the requirements of PIRP, if Seller is a Participating Intermittent Resource, the other agreement or ISO provision shall control.

  • In the event SCE elects to become Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator and Seller is in PIRP or a successor program, SCE shall submit the PIRP forecast for the Generating Facility as Seller’s schedule.

  • Seller and Buyer shall comply with PIRP, and all additional protocols issued by the CAISO relating to Participating Intermittent Resources, including the PIRP, for the Delivery Term.

  • Each station shall be equipped with instruments and equipment that meet the specifications of PIRP and shall measure, collect, record, format, and communicate the data required under PIRP.

  • This amendment removes the expired tariff language pertaining to PIRP Protective Measures.

  • The station(s) must be equipped with the Meteorological Equipment, as may be modified by SCE from time to time to reflect the CAISO’s PIRP protocol.
