Pirelli Tyre Group definition
Pirelli Tyre Group means Pirelli Tyre and its Subsidiaries from time to time;
Pirelli Tyre Group has the meaning set out in Condition 3.2 (Interpretation); Receipt means a receipt attached on issue to a Definitive Note redeemable in instalments for the payment of an instalment of principal, such receipt being in the form or substantially in the form set out in Part 4 of Schedule 2 or in such other form as may be agreed between the relevant Issuer, the Agent, the Trustee and the relevant Dealer(s) and includes any replacements for Receipts issued pursuant to Condition 10 (Replacement of Notes, Receipts, Coupons and Talons); Relevant Date has the meaning set out in Condition 7 (Taxation);
