PIQ List definition

PIQ List and “PIQ Lists” mean any and all Process and Information Quality lists and reports relating to or resulting from the Company’s Process and Information Quality Process, which (i) identify policy administration and operations issues that require resolution, as initially identified in the Lifetrend RSA, and also as identified thereafter by Seller and the Company; or (ii) identify policy administration and operations issues that have been resolved since May 25, 2010.

  • DQ List has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.04(e)(iv).

  • Customer List means a list of the Borrower’s customers, specifying each customer’s name, mailing address and phone number.

  • Active list means a list of active electors maintained pursuant to 13-2-220.

  • Short-List means the list of Persons that the Department determines are the best highly qualified potential Design-Builders for the Project, based on an evaluation of the SOQs submitted by such Persons.

  • Eligible List means an official record kept in the Personnel Office as a public record which contains the names of those persons who have successfully completed examinations, listed and ranked in order of their final ratings from the highest to the lowest rank.
